Biked for an hour:

  1. Level 2 warm-up for 10 min

  2. Level 5-6 for 50 minutes

Did higher intensity workout next 40 minutes:

  1. Ran at 6 MPH for 2 min

  2. Did 30 burpees

  3. Biked at level 8 intensity for 2 minutes standing up

  4. Ran at 6 MPH for 2 min

  5. Did 20 jumping lunges

  6. Biked at level 8 for 2 minutes standing up

  7. Ran at 6 MPH for 2 minutes

  8. Did 100 jumping jacks

  9. Ran 2 Minutes

  10. Did 20 jumping lunges with jacks in the air

  11. Ran 6 MPH 2 minutes

  12. Walked 3 minutes

  13. Ran 2 minutes at 6.5 MPH

  14. Walked 3 minutes

  15. Ran at 7 MPH 1 minutes

  16. Walked 2 minutes

  17. Ran at 8 MPH 1 minute

  18. Walked to cool down
