Today I didn’t feel like working out alone, so I talked my 13 year old son into working out. Here’s what we did.


  • Walked 1/2 mile to the local high school track

  • Stretched for about 10 minutes

  • Ran a mile; his was an 8 min mile and mine was 9…crushing:(

  • Walked 2 laps

  • Ran both sets of bleachers

  • Walked 2 more laps

Walked 1/2 miles home

It was a little over 3 miles in all:-)
