Tammy Polenz

My name is Tammy Polenz and I have owned and operated my own businesses for more than 20 years. My first fearless adventure started in my  20's after jumping in with both feet to launch my first company Keyfit in November of 1999. I had no idea how to run a business, but decided to figure things out along the way. The internet was in its infancy, fitness was a newly growing industry and I was eager to change my and my children's destiny forever. It was the best decision of my life!

During my entrepreneurial career, I have met so many amazing people who are looking for something greater to fill their spiritual cups and grow personally. Often times, we just need some guidance and support to accomplish the future we envision. For many years I felt alone and often confused as I tried to figure things out and I longed for mentors to show me the way. This is what gave me the idea to evolve my fitness business into what it is today.

Vedas is a living breathing community of amazing people working together to create something special and different from the typical model of business in the world today. This is a safe place where we can share our ideas, learn new ways of growing our careers and gain the skills to better navigate the nuances of life in healthier ways. We as human beings need deeply connected relationships and friends with whom we can relate, as well as those who can relate with us. Most importantly, we want to do this in a way that is spirituality nourishing to our souls. The essence of spirit imbues us with strength and passion, providing courage to be powerfully creative individuals who can accomplish anything.
