Rode the stationary bike for 75 minutes:
5 minutes level 1
5 minutes level 2
10 minutes level 3
10 minutes level 4
45 minutes level 5
Didn’t feel like I was getting enough of a workout so I did some higher intensity stuff:
40 jumping lunges
Ran on the treadmill at 6 MPH for 2 min
30 burpees
Ran at 6 MPH for 2 min
20 jump squats with jumping jack in the air
Ran at 6 MPH for 2 min
Did 1 min of step ups (about 42″-45″ high step)
Ran at 6 MPH for 2 min
Walked 5 min
