15 pushups
50 jumping jacks
Elliptical for 2 minutes
Set 1: level 5 at 140-150 strides a min
Set 2: level 7 at 130-140 strides a min
Set 3: level 8 at 130-140 strides a min
3 Sets each:
Medicine ball squat and toss
weighted physioball ab crunch toss
10 jumping lunges
Last Exercise:
Medicine ball toss with torso rotation 2 min(stand 6-8 feet apart from your partner, each of you face the opposite direction, squat and rotate away from your partner, explode upward rotating towards your partner and toss the ball…your partner will repeat)
Stretched:
Chest, upper and lower back, obliques, quads, hams, and calves
