Looking for a new outdoor routine now that summer is almost here? Try this one at a local high school track.


Warm-Up * Walk 1 lap * Jog 1 lap (effort level 5-6) * Jog 1 lap (effort level 6-7) Stretch 5 minutes Workout * Run 2 sets of bleachers (effort level 8-9) * Jog 1 lap (effort level 6-7) * Sprint straight (effort level 10) * Walk curve (effort level 4) * Sprint straight (effort level 10) * Walk curve (effort level 4) Cool Down * Walk 1-2 laps (effort level 4-5) Stretch * 5 minutes
